Secure Operating System FENIX	The operating system "Fenix" was initially developed as special domestic Secure OS of UNIX class which should form a basis for creation of the protected systems of processing of the information, adequate domestic requirements and to standards of information safety
System Safety Evaluation	A basic need exists for commercially available computer systems that can be secure. Conventional systems have not been adequately fulfilling this need, because of weak operating systems and networking software. We have proposed an approach seeks to minimize these harmful effects, by predicting such situation and prevent it.
